Apologies for downtime

The China Herald has been down for a limited time over the past few days. We have been changing providers, and while that is a standard procedure, when you have not done it in five years, there are a lot of ways to get yourself into problems.
The transfer has been successful - as far as we can see. We hope it will run smoothly again.
