internet - Blogspot unblocked again

Danwei reports from Beijing they can see the blogspot-domains again, belonging to Google. In Shanghai this is also the case I noted after I switch off my 'alway-on' proxy from the FLG. After the ups and downs of Wikipedia (for the record: today still blocked) this latest change might fuel the discussion again on what our internet nanny is actually doing. I stick to my earlier speculation: they are testing new goodies.
