internet - Others less impressed by Google's performance

While I have been genuinly amazed by the stellar performance of Google after the Taiwan earthquake, Andrew Lih - now reporting from Singapore - tells the opposite story. His weblog host Dreamhost is doing pretty well, he says (although I can only read him over my RSS-reader, but that is fine enough). My webhost (Bluehost) is also doing a similar good job.
Any other reports out there about Google's performance?
