business - Deals, disasters, greed, stupidity and occasional success

When you are interested in the battlefields of foreign companies doing business in China, and the victims they leave behind, Mark Schaub's book might just be the right stuff for an amusing Spring festival.
I obtained only yesterday a copy of the book China - the art of law, so a more extensive review might follow later, when my friend Mark plays his cards alright.
Mark Schaub has and extensive legal experience in China currently at China's largest law firm King and Wood. Do not hold this against him: it is not going to be a legal handbook. When Mark told me it would be funny, I knew it would be hysterically funny, although maybe not for a few people who might recognize themselves in some case studies.
It is always more fun to learn the mistakes others make than from your own. More at the website of his book.

Update: Ah, forgot this important detail. Mark Schaub is going to be part of our upcoming Speakers' Bureau. If you want to book him for a lecture, seminar or otherwise, please contact my headquarters or drop me an email.
