economy - IPR protection: doing pretty well, survey

Good news news on IPR protection is not common, writes Rich Brubaker in his blog, picking some cherries from his upcoming report on 20 second tier cities in China. But he comes with examples of governmental action in Ningbo, Wuhan, Xi'an, Xiamen, Nanjing and Chengdu.

Remember. No matter what, China is a first to file country. Regardless of where your products are made or sold, filing the papers in China is a good idea. If you don’t believe me, just ask the people over at Pfizer.
