life - Damned: again the wrong coat today

What I hate about articles like this in the Shanghai Daily is that they tell you about the weather when it is too late. Yesterday I was carrying a useless winter coat and this morning I decided to get another one out.
I already felt it was a bit chilly this morning, but thought the sun might warm Shanghai a bit up. I might be wrong.
