Charles W. Freeman
Chinabiz Speakers announced today Charles Freeman, currently the holding the Freeman Chair in China studies at the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) in Washington. Before that he served as managing director of China Alliance, a collaboration of law firms that help clients devise trade, investment, and government relations strategies in the United States and China.
Before that Charles Freeman was assistant US Trade Representative for China Affairs and in that position he helped to shape many of the US trade policies towards China. In his previous work at the USTR office, he also oversaw China's accession into the World Trade Organization WTO).

Chinabiz Speakers is already working with Freeman's former Chinese counter part Long Yongtu.
