China's new migrants
Yesterday I was at a party in Shanghai for all those who were already more than ten years in Shanghai, organized by Ruder Finn's Jean Michel Dumont. It seemed that quite a lot at that party would not be leaving anymore: the new migrants into China, although in most cases it is more a matter of having no reason to leave, in stead of deliberately choosing to stay in China.
Although, according to the Washington Post, that number of immigrants is also taking off.
