China starts three days of mourning

China has started a three-day period of mourning to remember the thousands of deaths who fell after last Monday's earthquake in Sichuan.
Up to a few hours ago the extend of the impact this period of mourning would have, apart from a moment of silence on 12.28 PM on Monday, the exact moment of the quake. But through recent twitters (mainly @marcvanderchijs) I have learned that many activities will come to a standstill.
All the TV-stations in China have started to tranfer the programs of CCTV and all entertainment will be banned. Games websites and others will have to be closed and bars and restaurants seems also to be affected.
The basis is a very recent edict from the State Council, just a few hours old.

Update: Shanghaiist has the latest details on the official regulations.

China keeps on amazing me .... shutting down entertainment websites, gaming websites nationwide.
Any signs of discussion yet?

In terms of discussions, very little seems to be off-limits, although the disaster and todays remembrance has also created a unique feeling to togetherness that has been rather impressive.
