labor - Dongguan sets new wage policies

The labor department of Dongguan, one of the industrial strongholds in Guangdong province, has set new policies to check on the wages paid by the factories in its jurisdiction, writes the weblog Industrial Management.

it is stated that all enterprises need to submit their payment status report of wages and salaries every month to Dongguan city labour department. It reiterated that pernalties will be levied if late, missed or refuse in submission is incurred.

The new policies will be in place by January. Industrial Management looks for additional information on these new policies.
