A few times per year the so-called chambers of commerce in Shanghai - basically business associations organized by nationality - join forces and organize together a mixer. Yesterday it was hosted at Paulaner at Fenyang Lu and it was a very fast way to catch up with old friends and make a few new ones.
That was not different from earlier mixers, only because of the high turnout the event of suffers from major logistical problems. No or bad food and often no space to more around. Yesterday the weather obvious cooperated too, but the villa proved to be an ideal location for such a meeting. Great food and although there must have been a few thousand people at the most busiest point, going around was pretty easy. The even has been a band, but did not have time to notice them/
