internet - Added "A view from Taiwan"

A dilemma. I just added A view from Taiwan to my blogroll, one of the A-list bloggers on the island. But where to put it? Should I put it on my "China" section, or create a new section called "Taiwan".
For the time being I have put him under "China" but might be splitting up the country anyway on my weblog, since the number of region or city specific weblogs is growing fast.

Update: Sorry, a typo. It is "The" view from Taiwan, not "A" view. That makes it really an autority.
