life - Lagging behind again

It is one of those days again. I had "starred" a host of very interesting articles in my rss-reader so I could pick them up later. I just "unstarred" them, since it is not going to work out today. We had yesterday a strategy meeting for our upcoming China Speakers' Bureau.
Our targeted US partner is asking questions on the VAT-regime for this kind of services and our business genius Oli (picture will come later) has made a first organogram of the company.

I will the event organizer for the time being, in charge of the speakers and develop marketing tools. As you might guess, a weblog and a mailing list might be part of that.

Meanwhile got a lot of response on my entry on the office software we are trying to locate and even some kind offers for assistance (remind me, I should follow up here). I have just been using the online collaboration tools by Google for a while, but it is hard to convince our business managers who are used to the solid tools of Microsoft Office, to give the new things a spin.

I just downloaded a new software tool called collanos and that looks pretty cool and come on top of all for free. It is good China will come to a stand still very soon: I need some extra time.
