Top brands and the Nazi symbol

I have seen the Chinese logo for top brands already for years and always wondered when somebody would bring up the parallel with the SS of the Nazi's. Well, I do not have to wait anymore, the China Blog of Time magazine has seen it now too and links to some Chinese sites where it already has been discussed.
The true difference is of course that the logo does not show up at uniforms but rather at bottles of wine. Nevertheless, it looks there will be a bit of work for a designing company.

I've noticed it too and the "SS" symbol immediately popped up in my mind. Its poorly designed and it was intended to have two flags sitting on top of each other slanted.
The majority of symbols in China look hideous. Who the hell are the designers..

You're losing your mind, that does not look anything like an authentic SS, See what one looks like in Wikipedia. You have been looking looking at the Nazi inspired KISS, and perhaps other Rock Groups, logos too long(See what they look like on Wikipedia). Note that KISS had an Israeli-Jewish member, and that no one complained about it way back when. As time goes on people complain about Nazi symbols more, but seem to have forgotten what they really looked like. It is slightly closer to "neo-nazi" symbols, but still no where near one.
