How many US food inspectors China needs?

Sometimes even more serious news sounds hilarious. Today, I had some good time with the part of the trade agreement between China and the US that allows US FDA-inspectors to help inspecting China food for the export. (Here the news at the New York Times.)
It reminded me of this beautiful anecdote during a meeting of two former leaders of both countries, Richard Nixon and Deng Xiaoping. Nixon, as was en vogue in those days, urged Deng to give his citizens more freedom and, for example, allow them to travel. "How many million Chinese do you want," Deng asked reportedly.
Now this is going to happen in the other direction. One of the reasons controls in China are so hard to enforce is because there are so many Chinese, meat factories, chicken farms and trucks to keep an eye on. This could be a good solution for the unemploymency in the US, although the story does not yet reveal who is going to carry the costs. Something tells me, it is not going to be China.
