Affluent consumers in China spend 600 to 1,000 US dollar per week on groceries, hoping are safe, tells business analyst Shaun Rein  WSJ wealth editor Wei Gu. Foreign brands are perceived to be safer, but if they do no deliver - like KFC did - they are in deep trouble.
